Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product, instant delivery
Paid reports are digital products generated and delivered instantly after payment. Once a report has been successfully generated and made available on your private link, the purchase is generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, since the service has been fully delivered.
When you WILL get a refund
- Payment captured but report not delivered: if generation fails and the retry option also fails, you receive a full refund.
- Duplicate payment for the same report: the duplicate is refunded in full.
- Technical fault on our side that materially corrupts your report (e.g. blank or truncated content) and cannot be fixed by regeneration: full refund.
How to request
Email support@shubhmilan.co within 7 days of payment with your report link and payment ID. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 days.
Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7 business days of approval; banks typically credit within 5-10 business days thereafter.
What is not refundable
- Disagreement with the astrological interpretation or the score itself — the computation is deterministic and the methodology is disclosed.
- Incorrect birth details entered by you (check before paying).
