Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShubhMilan (the "Service"), operated by ShubhMilan (sole proprietorship). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ShubhMilan provides computer-generated astrology content: a free Ashtakoota (Gun Milan) compatibility score and, on payment, a detailed AI-written compatibility report based on the birth details you provide. Astrological positions are computed deterministically from standard astronomical methods; narrative text is generated by artificial intelligence.

2. Guidance only — no guarantees

All content is provided for guidance, informational, cultural and entertainment purposes only. It is not advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or matrimonial — and must not be treated as a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. Decisions you take remain entirely your own responsibility. The Service is not a substitute for consulting qualified professionals.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You confirm you have the consent of any person whose birth details you submit.
• You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or discrimination.

4. Payments

Paid reports are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and our rights

You retain rights in the details you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the Service. The Service's software, design and generated report format remain our property. Your report link is private to you — sharing it is your choice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on astrological content.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may suspend access for misuse.

8. Governing law and grievances

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer grievances and questions: our Grievance Officer at support@shubhmilan.co. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. See Contact & Grievance.
